Marriages are made in Heaven
- By Anonymous
This saying knocked my ears, a couple of times, since the moment i knew myself. I don't knew whose thought is that and under what context the author has spelled it out. To me, Heaven is nothing but my Heart. With this knowledge, i would like to rephrase the above fact as
Marriages are made in Heart
- By Bhanu Prakash :-)
Upto now, all the relationships are initiated by my mind, through thought process, through judgement. For the first time, being conscious of the thought process, i initiated a relationship under the guidance of my Heart.
It gives me an immense pleasure, to welcome you all, to share my joy, on this auspicious event.
We BOTH would be very happy to see you all at the venue :-)
Bhanu Prakash's Blog on Work, Life and Approach. This blog is to remind me of the reality and to veil off the ignorance over heart of the reader to let himself experience the reality, ofcourse if reader wills.

A Memoir of Geometric
Anything that reminds you of your past have to be fabulous in life. My Father, often, adviced me as such.
I would like to thank Geometric, for being an excellent dias, through which i could meet so many wonderful personalities.
I could definately say that my entire career graph in geometric, was shaped by Santosh Kotnis. He is my 'BIG B', under whose shade i led my life in a 'bindass' way. Thank you santosh, for giving me so many opportunities to experience my abilities.
I had an unique experience in working with Avinash Mane, Himanshu Zalavadia and Shashikant Kulkarni. Technically, i see myself following their footprints. My First Immediate Manger was Shreeram Deshpande. Unfortunately, i couldn't work with him :-(. Shreeram, i would like to thank you for your inspiring suggestions and thoughtful tapping. I would like to thank Nilesh Hajare, whose words often made me to shape my personal life.
For a person to give his best abilities, one should be psychologically fit. Thoughts around a person impact his way of life. My best guide and dearest friend is Manish Agarwal. I can't ever pen down his help. Without his support, i couldn't have led my life, so peacefully. I would really miss him, hereafter.
I had an unique experience working with my childhood friends.. Jayaprakash Gude and Venkata Ramana Moturu. If time permits, I would love to be in their presence.
My role model is Deepak Pattenshetty. Through HONDA project, i got an opportunity to work with him and learn from him. But unfortunately, i couldn't give my best, in this tenure, due to my illhealth. Whatever may be the reason, I would like to apologize him. I would like to thank entire Honda Team, for their support, to pass through the hard-days. Specially, I would like to thank Deepak and Ashish Kulkarni for their care, when i was ill.
I would like to mention two unique personalities, Srinu Yerrramsetty and Channa Ramalingeswararao. Many situations in this tenure, gave me a chance to feel their good-heartedness. I tried to imbibe some good qualities from them. Even an ample of these qualities, if i could imbibe, it would transform my life. I hope time would permit me to stay connected with them.
Last but not the least, i enjoyed a lot with my 'Andhra Gang'.
It gave me immense pleasure to pendown my feelings about past 3 years of my life in geometric. Without my knowledge, many of you would have extended your support and guidance to me. My inability to go beyond my own knowlege, opens the door to thank almighty for all HIS support.

The Power Of Giving
I learnt some simple things from my little sister. I believe simple things are effective, though we ignore them merely of its simplicity.
When i presented a simple gift to my sister at an age of 6, the happiness i saw in her face...VOILA... made me feel very good. To regain that state of feel, i used to knew her expectations, before hand and used to present her a gift, whenever possible. Every time, she felt the same level of happiness, so openly, so naturally. Is this feeling restricted to my sister ? Not at all. I felt the same, whenever i gift to any child. Whenever my gift meets their expectations, they express their happiness, from heart, through their eyes . From this incident, i learnt The Power Of Giving. Giving something to others, understanding and validating their expectations makes every human being feel good. In fact Nature searches for that person. The more he gives, the more he gets from Nature.
Lets see how it can be adapted in practical life, especially in business perspective. I was goin through 'Head First' series. I happened to read in the series that the first and foremost principle in developing a software is to knew customer requirements, understand them and develop the software that meets their expectations. In fact all the OOAD principles that were built were to meet the expectations of customers by building up a robust software, so that even if their requirements enhances in future, software enhancement would be easier. I feel, unknowingly under the veil of Software Technology, we were following the same principle "The Power Of Giving". By building up the software as per the customer expectations, we gain their confidence in us. Customer's satisfaction enhances business growth.
This could be a simple example, which shows the link between life and career. The only difference i see is, in life, we give to our buddies, in expectation of happiness, whereas in career, its in expectation of business growth in future.

Sometimes...i love you
My father says, i am an excellent observer. I observe myself consistently, to improve myself. If there is nothing there to observe, then i confirm myself that life is becoming stagnant and try to mould either myself or the circumstances.
At all times, i feel an invisible helping hand, throughout my life. Though, mixed are my emotions towards my friend, same is the response, i recieve at all times from my friend.
This weekend, strangely, i tried to look into past. Though not productive, this thought lead me to pen down my mixed emotions towards my friend. I don't knew what it should be called as. May be it's a poem or a short essay. I just pen down it because i have to.
O' My Friend,
Sometimes i smile at you
Sometimes i admire you
Sometimes i complain to you
Sometimes i scold you
Sometimes i pray to you
Sometimes i thank you
Sometimes i agree with you
Sometimes i disagree with you
Sometimes i dream about you
Someimes i have faith in you
Someimes i believe you
Sometimes i trust you
Sometimes i doubt you
Sometimes i even bribe you
Sometimes i forget myself looking at you
Sometimes i read about you
Sometimes i think about you
Sometimes i remember you
Sometimes i follow you
Sometimes, within myself i try to experience you
Precious are the circumstances, which leads me towards you
I pen down these feelings,
not because i expect something from you
just because simply i love you.

Get and Become
Am always mismerized by these two words - GET and BECOME.
If understood properly, and put into practice, i feel it has the potential to transform one's view about a particular situation or strategy. If you happened to read interview of anyone who is at top ladder of any domain, whether its engineering, sports, medical, enterntainment, when they were asked about their secret of success, they say that it was their passion to become so and so. In recent blockbuster movie, 3 idiots, Amir khan's character beautifully highlights - "Learn something, so that you become something in future, but not to just get highly salaried job".
I feel its better to do job not just for sake of salary but to become something, so that it shapes your future. To frame this idea in real life, let me take an instance of software field, as i am part of it. If you are interested in techinical area, do your job, well.. to become a technical architect. If you are interested in Management, do your job, to become a Project Manager or any designation higher than you are, at present. Have a vision infront of you. Constantly strive to achieve it. In doin so, you shape your future. As you become fit technically, opportunties welcome you and magically, you will be payed more than your expectation :-). But if you stick yourself to carry-on your work being salary-minded, you restrict your development by yourself, you restrict your hidden talents to be exposed.
No doubt, everyone does job to grow financially. But financial growth, should not be your aim. Financial growth is the reward you get in this material world, in process of transforming yourself to become something ahead. Remember, knowledge, experience, wisdom can't be stolen by anyone, whereas , god forbid, your financial status can be curbed down in no-time. So, i feel, it is wise to concentrate to become something, rather than to get something.
Dear Friend, "We must have only one aim in life, not to get but to become".

Fear and Temptation
Ensure yourself that Fear and Temptation doesn't get involved in any act that you do.
In your career, Fear of failure and Temptation for success diverts you from concentrating on the work-to-do.
Fear of being punished for the mistakes committed in past and Temptation for fulfillment of desires in Future had been the tools of religion fanatics since ages to manipulate the masses. Beware of such acts. No religion says that GOD punishes a person for mistakes that he had committed. (I am not referring to the degraded principles in any religion that exists today but am referring to the original principles that was, when so called religion is formed for introducing the concept of GOD to masess for betterment of society) No one exist to punish you, except your self. Thought is powerful. Fear for mistakes committed in past makes you guilty. Guilt is the only sin, if it ever exists. Guilt makes you uncomfortable and naturally seeks a way to get out of it. In the process, to satisy your ego, you'll involve in some charity related activities or become captives of religion fanatics, doing whatever they ask you to do, not knowing what it really meant. "Past is past. Nothing can change it. Keeping this simple fact in mind, if ever one accepts the mistakes commmitted in past and takes a resolution to not repeat the mistake hereafter, there ends the formation of guilt. This is all one really needs to do."
Temptation for fulfillment of desires in future makes you involved in foolish things. I, myself after my graduation, had an agreement with GOD that if ever i get a job i'll offer HIM my first salary (its a one side agreement :-)). Temptation for job made me to even bribe GOD. This is just an instance in my life. I had such agreements with HIM in many phases of my life. But fortunately, not NOW anymore. Imagine the consequences, if u bribe your Mother to make your favourite curry. Mother definately feels odd, perhaps laughs and forgives your ignorance in lack of understanding her LOVE for you and ofcourse, makes your favourite curry. Mother does everthing for you out of love without expectations. So is GOD. Mother knows what is good for you. If you ask her to make an icecream for you in cold winter. She denies because she knows that its not good for your health, So is GOD. GOD knows what to give and what not to give to each indivdual. So temptation for future is utter foolishness.
Dear Friend, fear for past and temptation for future marks your absence in PRESENT and diverts you from doership. Simply avoid Fear and temptation. Thereafter, you will experience the beauty of living in PRESENT.

Truth And Fact
I was goin through Sadhana by Rabindranath Tagore. I feel, every Indian should read the book. It constitutes of series of papers read before the Harvard University. Its all about Indian Culture and the way of Indian living. I can definately say, most of us even don't knew that such is our great culture. Even if some of us knew, we just boost ourselves boasting about the greatness of our culture, instead of living in it. I believe an ounce of experience is far better than loads of knowledge.
My soul enjoys reading Tagore literature, mysterious is the cause of its joy. Expressing a thought in least possible words, which conveys meaning to even a lay man with pinch of language is his own art.
Below is an excerpt from Sadhana by Tagore on Truth and Fact:
"Facts are many, but the truth is one. The animal intelligence knows facts, the human mind has power to apprehend truth. The apple falls from the tree, the rain descends upon the earth--you can go on burdening your memory with such facts and never come to an end. But once you get hold of the law of gravitation you can dispense with the necessity of collecting facts _ad infinitum_. You have got at one truth which governs numberless facts. This discovery of truth is pure joy to man--it is a liberation of his mind. For, a mere fact is like a blind lane, it leads only to itself--it has no beyond. But a truth opens up a whole horizon, it leads us to the infinite. That is the reason why, when a man like Darwin discovers some simple general truth about Biology, it does not stop there, but like a lamp shedding its light far beyond the object for which it was lighted, it illumines the whole region of human life and thought, transcending its original purpose. Thus we find that truth, while investing all facts, is not a mere aggregate of facts--it surpasses them on all sides and points to the infinite reality."
My heart feels to draw an anology on truth and fact following the path of Tagore. All religions preaches only one TRUTH that GOD is one, yet we have so many idols to worship. Each idol is a fact. Facts are numerous, so are the idols. Worship Idol of your choice, remembering the truth that GOD is one and the idol is the symbolisation of Man's thought about GOD, who resides in each and every creature's HEART. Mere acceptance of this truth can transform an individual character and brings an end to the fight between masses on the name of religion in a false impression of protecting the sanctity of the religion.
Dear Friend, aim always at the truth, by collecting the facts through your daily experiences. Please don't waste your time and energy in mere collection of facts, throughout your life. Try to stretch beyond the facts and attain the truth.

Thought
From my childhood, a thought used to pinch me now and then, probing me to find out why thoughts arise ? Being a shy natured, didn't dared to ask anyone, unaware of its validity in context of society.
Atlast, i gained some knowledge on it :
Our mind has descended from the original mind, the divine mind. It has come out of it. As it is associated with the divine mind, it will not permit any dirt or uncleanliness to be taken into itself and keeps throwing them off. That which is thrown out comes to our experience as thoughts arising in us.

FAITH
"Faith can move mountains". This is a well-known age old saying.
What does FAITH means ?
1. Does it promise achievement of impossible things without any action ?
2. Is it achieving impossible things with action but wthout undergoing much of the difficulty ?
I fear, most of us may chose option 1, but in reality its option 2.
In day-2-day life, we see elder people adivising a troubled one, with soothing words such as - "Dear, have FAITH, all is well, everything will be for your own good".
What does this advice signify ?
I feel it simply means - "Dear, Have FAITH in almighty, so that you will be given enough strength to face the difficulties. Take them as divine gifts and consider them for your own good".
I would like to drive forth a vital fact that having FAITH doesn't mean that some miracle happens in the event of difficulties and relieve us of the trouble in undergoing them. "It just means that you will be showered with enough strength to face the difficulties. With this Strength as you overcome them, your innerself will be strengthened. Now, in future even if you have to encounter such problems again, you doesn't step back as before but will step-ahead to accept it with confidence. After all, now you know, you can overcome and it will not last forever. "
Dear Friend, let us not be in a false impression that FAITH means a miracle. Remember, miracle doesn't happen in your life, unless you strive for it.FAITH is an abstraction of proverb "GOD helps who help themselves".
